Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. You can switch at any time. If you switch from yearly to monthly, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What payment methods are accepted?
We use Paystack — which accepts Nigerian bank cards, bank transfers, USSD, and mobile money.
How does the escrow work for property payments?
When a tenant completes a payment, funds are held by the platform until both the tenant and landlord/caretaker confirm the transaction. This protects both parties from fraud.
Can agents under an agency have separate profiles?
Yes. Agency plans include individual agent seats. Each agent gets their own login and profile linked to the company.
